Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
Refund Policy
- Perishable items (such as fresh produce, dairy, or frozen goods) are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, spoilage, or incorrect items delivered.
- If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo as proof.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
- No refunds will be issued for complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.
